Into the Abyss is the official release of the 1986 demo with the same name. And this was absolutely devastating for its time, quite possibly the heaviest thing in the mid '80s. Poison play a quite unique hybrid form of Death and Thrash Metal, creating some very dark and evil atmosphere, similar to early Black Metal bands.
